We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, appear fraudulent, or pose a risk to the Site or other members. Where possible we will state a reason; serious abuse may result in immediate termination without notice. 4. Withdrawals may be subject to minimum amounts, identity checks, and admin approval. 5. Mailer — reading and sending5.1 Reading mailMembers read mail inside the Site’s inbox. A read may only count toward credits after any read timer or confirmation step completes. Attempts to automate reads, bypass timers, or manipulate credit awards are prohibited. 5.2 Sending mailWhen you compose mail, you may only send to members who are subscribed to receive mail on the Site. Credits are typically held when you send and charged when a recipient completes a valid on-site read. Unused held credits may be returned according to the rules shown at send time. Your membership tier may limit daily sends, recipients per send, cooldown periods, or other mailer settings. 5.3 List membershipMembers may manage mail preferences, including unsubscribing from the list. If you unsubscribe, you may be unable to send mail until you resubscribe. 5.4 Email notificationsWe may send transactional emails (verification, password reset, purchase receipts, inactivity notices, and similar). We may send short email summaries when you have unread on-site mail. We do not dump full campaign content to external inboxes by default. You agree not to use the mailer to harvest addresses for off-site spam. 6. Advertising and promotional contentMembers may submit website, banner, and text ads subject to available credits and tier limits. All ads and mail content must:

8. Store, payments, and subscriptionsThe Site may sell membership upgrades, credit packs, spotlights, and other digital products through a store. Prices and what each product includes are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third parties (for example card or cryptocurrency payment providers). By paying, you also agree to their terms where applicable. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, digital products and used credits are non-refundable. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in account suspension and reversal of credits or commissions. 10. Intellectual propertyThe Site software, design, branding, and admin-provided templates remain our property or our licensors’ property. You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant us a licence to host, display, deliver, and process that content solely to operate the Site. 11. DisclaimersThe Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Members are solely responsible for their own ads, mail, websites, and business results. We are not responsible for third-party sites you visit through member promotions. 12. Limitation of liabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50, except where law does not allow such a limit. 13. IndemnityYou agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your advertising, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights. 14. Account inactivity and terminationWe may warn you by email if your account is inactive for an extended period and may delete inactive accounts after the period shown in our policies or emails. You may delete your account from your profile where that option is available, subject to settling outstanding balances and legal retention needs. We may terminate or restrict access immediately for serious breaches. On termination, unused credits and digital benefits may be forfeited unless we are required by law to provide a refund. 15. ChangesWe may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be notified by email or a notice on the Site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you are registering, you must read and accept the current version shown during signup. 16.
