Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Garry Ridlington (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use PSV Scripts Viral Mailer Exchange at https://mailer.perseverance-te.com (the “Site”).

We operate the Site as the data controller for the processing described here. This policy should be read with our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Account details: username, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and optional profile fields such as name, country, or payout details;
  • Support messages: content you send through contact or support features;
  • Payment-related information: purchase history on the Site; card or crypto payments are handled by payment processors and we do not store full card numbers on our servers;
  • Promotional content: mail subjects and bodies, ad titles, URLs, images, and splash page content you submit;
  • Legal consent records: when you register, we record that you opened and scrolled through the Terms and Privacy Policy and accepted them, including timestamps and page versions where applicable.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and general usage logs;
  • Activity data: logins, mail reads and sends, credit transactions, ad views and clicks, referral events, store purchases, and similar actions needed to run the Site;
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies to keep you logged in, security tokens, and preference cookies. See Section 8.

1.3 Information from others

  • If you join through a referral link, we store which member referred you;
  • Payment processors may send us transaction status, amounts, and limited payer identifiers.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Create and manage your account;
  • Verify your email and provide login, password reset, and optional two-factor authentication;
  • Operate the mailer (deliver on-site mail, calculate credits, enforce read timers and send limits);
  • Display and rotate member ads, splash pages, and affiliate tools;
  • Process store purchases, wallet movements, commissions, and withdrawals where enabled;
  • Run referral programs, contests, badges, and membership tiers;
  • Send transactional emails and, where enabled, short email summaries about unread on-site mail;
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, and security incidents;
  • Comply with law and respond to lawful requests;
  • Improve and maintain the Site.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

If data protection law in your region requires a legal basis, we rely on:

  • Contract: to provide the membership and features you sign up for;
  • Legitimate interests: to secure the Site, prevent abuse, and improve services, balanced against your rights;
  • Consent: where you opt in to optional communications or non-essential cookies, and when you accept Terms/Privacy at registration;
  • Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose data to comply with law.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers who host the Site, send email, process payments, or provide security — only as needed to perform their services;
  • Other members to the extent required for the service (for example your username on mail you send, public splash or banner pages, leaderboard or contest displays);
  • Referrers that you signed up under, limited to what the referral system displays (such as that you joined);
  • Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security;
  • Business transfers if the Site or its assets are sold or merged, subject to this policy.

Member-submitted ads and mail may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

5. Email and on-site communications

Most promotional mail is read on the Site, not in your personal email inbox. We may email you for account security, purchases, inactivity warnings, referral notices, and similar service messages.

If you enable mail summaries, those emails contain brief notices only (for example that you have new mail), not full campaign content. You can adjust mail preferences in your member area where available.

6. How long we keep data

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Site, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Typical retention includes:

  • Account data: until you delete your account or we delete an inactive account, plus a short backup period;
  • Financial records: as required for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention;
  • Server logs: for a limited period for security and troubleshooting;
  • Mail and ad content: for as long as needed to deliver the service and maintain credit/accounting records.

We may anonymise or aggregate data for statistics after personal identifiers are no longer needed.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including secure password hashing, access controls, and HTTPS where configured. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Site at your own risk.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential operation: login sessions, CSRF protection, and registration legal-consent tracking;
  • Preferences: settings you choose on the Site;
  • Security and fraud prevention.

You can block cookies in your browser, but some features (including staying logged in) may not work.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access a copy of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate data in your profile;
  • Delete your account or request erasure, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Data portability where applicable;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity. Members can update much of their profile directly under My Account and may delete their account where that option is enabled.

10. International transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove the account.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be notified on the Site or by email. If you register after a change, you must review and accept the current version as part of signup.
